From managing paint crews in high school to building his own cabinetry shop, Jacob’s path wasn’t traditional - but it was deeply earned.
Raised in modest circumstances and shaped by early challenges, Jacob learned the value of hard work, resilience, and doing right by people. After years of success in the construction and remodeling space, he transitioned his personal wealth into long-term rentals. But it wasn’t until discovering self-storage that he found a scalable, stable path for building true legacy wealth.
Now the owner-operator of multiple self storage facilities across the U.S., Jacob brings an uncommon blend of hands on expertise, financial discipline, and personal integrity to every opportunity.

While every deal is different, our focus is on value-add opportunities with strong downside protection and healthy upside potential. Many of our projects target a refinance event within 3–5 years to return initial capital, while holding for longer-term gains.
